Pips Pastry Shop is owned & operated by Preston Williams. Preston graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in London, England, where he received a Grand Diplôme in Cuisine & Patisserie, as well as a diploma in Culinary Management. He has worked in high-end professional kitchens in both Europe & the U.S. before opening Pips Pastry Shop in Arizona.
